Squat presses are really the only leg exercise I do consistently.

Running hills is the best way to improve leg strength. Weights work too, but they're pretty boring and you still have to do your running on top of that. If you don't have any hills in your area, then you'll have to resort to weights, but hills are a lot more fun!
