What don't you do on "Marathon Eve"?

I'll start.

Don't eat at a Thai Resturant for the first time.

(This is suppose to be funny)

Hang out my running socks by the chimney hoping they will be filled with power bars and gels when I wake up.

Let your kids eat your planned marathon breakfast, thinking ya, I'll be fine without eating.

On the contrary, sex is a must. Otherwise, the sight of so many cute butts might make me "happy" and with those short shorts, I can't go that route.

1) Get a good meal.
2) Relax in the hotel room
3) Take a few minutes to get things prepared for race morning.

I'm pretty boring I guess.

I won't do anything that I haven't done prior to any other workout or race. This is not a good time to try something new. Don't mess with what works!

I will definitely have to agree with that one. But make sure you don?t do any of the work, be a taker, you have to conserve your energy for your marathon tomorrow you know. This will help you relax.
