I was wondering if anyone knew of any adult lax leagues in the Greater Hartford area. I'm interested in any sort of pick-up league or something a little more formal. Something that would be intended for men in their 20's and 30's. If not, is there any interest in starting up a league for the upcoming fall?
There is a league that runs in CT and NY called the Tailgators Sports Club. I attached the link below. Also, you may want to check out the CT Chapter of US Lacrosse, which I also attached a link for below. The CT Chapter of US Lacrosse site has some good links on it where you might be able to find what you are looking for.

Good luck!
Do you know of any adult women's lacrosse leagues or clubs in the Greater Hartford, CT area. I played college lacrosse and looking for a recreation or adult league.
Thanks
Women's lacrosse!! Got it. That's awesome. I played at the University of Richmond. Where'd you play? I sent out a couple emails to some lacrosse contacts this weekend in CT so hopefully they'll be tapped into some known women's leagues. I'll let you know what I hear or find.
Hello there,
I played for the University of Connecticut. I would love to find a women's league or recreation team in the Greater Hartford area. I was told there is a league that plays at Miss. Porter's school in Farmington. I couldn't find anything on the internet though. I am very interested so if you get any info please let me know.
Thanks,
Joyce
Hey. I haven't had a lot of luck, but here are a couple things you might want to check out.
US Lax Women's Club Council: http://www.uslacrosse.org/wdpcc/ Closest teams are Westchester, NY and Western Mass. Also a database of "unattached players" by region. A large number of Hartford/CT players on the Lower New England list so may be able to create a team.
Boston WLax: http://www.bostonwomenslacrosse.org/. Probably too far to go but they may know teams or contacts in the Hartford area.
I emailed Pat Thibadeau, US Lacrosse CT Chapter, and he emailed me back and said he forwarded it on and I should hear soon from a guy named Mark Duclos. I haven't heard anything yet, but if I do I will let you know. Good luck with this. I hope you can find something or maybe start something up.
