We've narrowed it down to:
Max
Jake
Sam
Spud

I liked Bud but that's my Dad's nickname so it got eliminated.

My SO and I have to "negotiate" everything from mailbox choice to paint color to naming the "kids". Sometimes I wish he was one of those, "Oh whatever you want is fine" type of guys, but he's not!
We usually come to a mutually acceptable agreement in the end, though.

He comes home tomorrow morning. We're breaking the news to Cooper that this is his last night as an "only dog".

I have to admit, though, that Chris' suggestion Tug is really cute too.

Until you got to "Here Boy" you were in my head pretty much!
Yes on Spud the potato, but it is also cute!
And really on Max being a common dog name? I guess I don't get out to the dog park enough!

Max & Sam are my nephews names & they are brothers.

So I vote for Jake.
