We are putting our new place on the market...

as soon as the Holidays are over.

We finally agreed to buy a house...you know, the kind with a yard and a garage and everything. Maybe even a pool!

Skip the pool. Maintanence, insureance and liability nightmare... You don't want the headaces.

This is my very favorite part of my house. My insurance isn't much more than if I didn't have a pool, I have a 6 ft. wooden fence around my backyard and maintenance isn't really that bad.
