2 weeks post op report

Hi everyone, I have been lurking....

Anyway, I have started PT. Knee is almost back to normal, still a little swollen and bruised but looks like a knee again. Doc is encouraged I am healing quickly (almost 100% flexion/extension already) and wants me to keep august sprint on the books. Unfortunately I have some real strength to build back up in the right quad. Turns out it takes a beating with surgery and all. Doc estimates it is 30% weaker than the left right now. At least I am moving again!

Sounds like it's going well, thanks for the update. When do you get to start training (or at least walking) again?

Re: 2 weeks post op report
What procedure did you have to correct what ailment?

I am about 24 months post-op for a horizonal tear of the posterior horn with a concurrent tear of the mcl on my right knee.

Scary fast degradation of the quad isn't it!
