I will be angry with anything more than 6:59:59. Regardless of weather. (Last was 7:32:xx). I am going to try for sub 6:29:59.

Although there is a chance for 6:29:59 the lack of speed work during last 4 months on the run (due to shin) has tempered my expectations. And ultimately, it comes down to the weather. If it's 32 degrees on race day, I would say 6:29:59 is very doable

Ron the weather here is changing like crazy but I think were in for some great racing weather make sure you look me up race morning or give me an e-mail so we can hook up.
