if you have not already figured it out....

Go to the World Run Day web site: http://www.runday.com/floor3. There is an orange box on the page, top left and gives you two options: Number Pick Up Word Doc or Number Pick Up PDF. If you click either of these options it will display the WRD big and you can print it from there.

oh geeepers. I just came in from a run. 3:30 Land o lakes. this is around me?. I am in Carrollwood / Country Place area. I clicked on your progile thigy and now wonder what individual sprots you do.

I am a triathlete. i rode 70 + miles yesterday (4:36) ran 5 this mornng, I swom alot too. Ironman.

I completed my run for World Run Day. I ran 3 miles, my time was 28.07. I am very proud of myself. :8}

that's a nice run! Good for you. It's soo cool how you can go out an seemingly punish you rbody and it rewards you physically mentall and spiritually.

Finished our World Day Run... 5k at 31:51... just in time to watch the Breast Cancer 3-day walk come on thru.

I participated in World Run Day by running 5 miles with 8 members of my running group (LifeTime Fitness). The other 12 members participated in individual events in their home towns. We dedicated our run to all the men and women who are serving our country around the world. We will be back next year!!!

The first in the World!! Gulf Harbour Striders joined on the beach in Stanmore Bay, Auckland New Zealand for a 2km beach run. Even some bathers on the beach got into the spirit and joined in. Raised some great awareness for our two charities Hospice and the Meningitis Trust. Thanks to Bill for calling on my mobile and setting us off over the mic. Bigger and better in 2008!!

Hubby and I did 10K in honor of all our troops! We did not time it but did it in under an hour. Got lots of "looks" with our Number 1 pinned to our shirts!

Thanks you to all our veterans!

If there can be a National "Smoke Out" day(gimme a break)..we should always have a World run day!


We will run next year!


Where can I sign th proclamation?
