Re: Fall tri--what to wear?
'Average temps', in Ohio, that could be just about anything! My first century was Hancock Hundred, the weekend after Labor Day. On Labor Day, the club had the 'Workers Hundred', so all the club members who were working the ride could ride the route (plus, last minute checks to be sure all turns were marked, no major route/road problems, etc). On Labor Day, temps were in the 90's and we were all struggling. On the actual ride one week later, it was 50' and rain...
Earlier this spring I did wear UA for swims. It worked well. I'm concerned how it would work for the bike and run. But, given it is such a short race, I guess I shouldn't worry too much???
