Post workout rest area in my garage

I had a couple of training buddies do my 70 mile bike and 3.5 mile brick run with me this morning. That's me on the left in the yellow, then JD, one of the guys that I ran the Houston Marathon with, and Jana, who I did my first Tri with back in April and my DD. DD didn't want to stand next to me because as she said, "Daddy's sweaty". My wife sets up this "transition/ rest area" on Saturday mornings for me and whoever happens to be training with me. (Did I tell you that my wife is the best).
Please excuse the mess in my garage, we are getting ready to have a garage sale. If you see anything you want, let me know and I'll have it shipped to you
BTW, I skipped an all expenses paid offshore fishing trip so that I could get this workout done. I'd have to say that my priorites have changed a bit.

Kyle is a ROCKSTAR.

Heck...I'm happy if hubby throws my bike on the trainer for me. For some reason...I hate that job.

What a setup your wife did!

Where's the beer?

you wife is awesome.

I think DD must think you stink, cuz she is cozy with Jana and if she just went out, she's sweaty too

too cool!
poor wife.. she has the choice of sweaty athletes or fresh fish...
I'd say she's set for either w/ all the cooler's and fans.

Must be nice... I get back from a workout/race and hubby expects me to take over. Afterall, I've been out 'playing' while he's been 'working'.

My typical routine after a long workout was to head into our home office, hook the Garmin into the computer and log my workout. No more. The wife has banished me from the office after a workout because apparently I leave the office chair all sweaty. Hmph.

The dogs, however, love me after a workout. I become the human salt-lick.
