Re: Log Completed VIM+ Miles Here!
A quick update from me....OrBrewDad bagged his 5 m recovery run today due to some knee soreness.

Bannon also forgot to mention my 0 mph crash in front of 180 people after the aforementioned ride.

Everything else is right, even the wine. Yikes!!!

Re: Log Completed VIM+ Miles Here!
Sorry I couldn't contribute any miles, but everyone should've had pain free IMs. Pretty sure I took care of that pretty well! Was up all night Saturday with the tootchache from ****, actually ended up in hospital at 7am Sunday morning in the hope they'd give me antibiotics and make it all better. They insisted it wasn't infected cos they couldn't see it and sent me home with painkillers that did nothing. Finally got in to see a dentist at 2.30pm Sunday. He assured me if he pulled the tooth the pain would go away. Which was true until the anaesthetic wore off, then it was back with a vengeance. So another mostly sleepless night. Spent today grabbing sleep in 1 and 2 hour blocks between taking way more painkillers than I should. It's now 8pm Monday here and I'm getting the first signs that it might be getting better. Fingers crossed!!

So, that's my contribution. I suffered lost of pain for our IM peeps!!

Ella

Re: Log Completed VIM+ Miles Here!
Looking at the beer totals I come across as a Total Pisshead

But it was all nice beer in the sunshine (But doing a roller coaster after Lunch and a pint of Belgian Wheat beer is never a good idea
