Total Immersion on Netflix

Three of the Total Immersion DVDs are available on Netflix. Breaststroke, Butterfly and Backstroke. No freestyle.

Just thought I'd share.

Ha! I tried to butterfly ONCE this summer b/c S has me doing IMs sometimes.

I picked up a copy at my library. I'm waiting until Oct 22 (after Detroit Marathon) to go to work on the drills.
