The series begins this Sunday with the exciting coverage of Ford Ironman Arizona, a race that has provided a sneak preview of future Ironman champions in the past. Faris Al-Sultan claimed his first Ironman title in Arizona before becoming the Ford Ironman World Champion in 2005. Michellie Jones claimed her second Ironman title that same year, a precursor to her Kona win last year.
