Woot! I'd added in Yoshiko's miles (above) before seeing haley's latest post. The extra .5 mile takes us to within .3 miles, and I can cover that. (Though those who have pledged tbd miles, go ahead an swim, we still don't know if runnerbee will have decent air quality by the weekend.)

Now, bike miles is where we're hurting. Heck, we might even have to bring Friday bike miles into the mix. Ah, the challenge of late season VIMs.

The bike is still at the bike doctor. If I get her back, I'll pledge a minimum of 15 miles. It will likely be in place of a swim.

Can't believe I may offer bike miles, since that's my weakest sport, but I'm riding 25 miles on Friday - is that too early? I only work a half day, so my weekend starts at 11:30am, maybe we can use that as a loop hole?

And, can we count Ultimate Frisbee on Saturday for running miles? I use a 1 game=1 mile conversion, so if we play 4 games (likely because it will be so nice out) put me down for 4 miles.

Almost forgot the most important part - put me down for 2 beers.

Thor may be tapering a bit... Maybe Ronbo could go for a ride with his try club... and we could multiply the heck of of those miles. Yeah, that's the ticket!

You didnt add in my 2 mile swim and DS9 Bike and run miles from his duathlon can be added 2 miles Bike and 1.5 miles run

Sorry I'm late to the party....

I have a long run (12 miles) planned for Saturday. The weather forecast looks pretty darn nice for a bike ride on Sunday in Denver, so I think I might be able to get in 15 miles or so... Hopefully I can talk DH into going along and we can count 30.

Go get 'em IMFL-ers!!!!

ok, looks like sat is a for-sure Cross race, so only 10 miles ? feels like 80!

and maybe a swim, I kind of doubt it, but if I do it will be 1 mile

Sunday will be 45? bike. 3 hrs easy so we'll see

I'll get on board for some bike miles.

25 miles on the bike.

If we end up close I will throw in 10 more miles on the bike on my Monday morning when it is still Sunday in FL.

Also have a nice 2001 Barolo that might be getting opened for dinner on Sunday. Might be a little young yet, but what the heck.
