I was traveling with a friend who doesn't feel very comfortable with her body, but after I raved about getting massages (we were at a spa-hotel in Ouray, CO), she bit the bullet. Came back to the room all mushed out and said "I'll never feel uncomfortable about THAT again!" Definitely worth it.

Leslie - don't you get hot with the camelback? I have one but so far have only used it while motorcycling. I wear a waistpack for long runs, but it only has a 16 oz capacity.

I don't know if this is the best way to post pictures, but what I did is to start a free account at photobucket.com. I uploaded photos from my home computer, and then you just copy the source from there to here.

Leslie,

Do you guys get much snow where you live? When I think of Northern Califonia I think of cold and snowy.
