What is the best way to save/backk up your training logs? I looked in FAQ but didn't see anything there relating to this, so if this is an often repeated question sorry in advance

Go to your running log.

Find this button near the top:

Follow the instructions there to download it to Excel.

If you don't have Excel, then can I recommend the entire free OpenOffice suite at www.openoffice.org?[/URL" target="_blank">

Sign into your running log and select "tools" at the top of the screen. On the right hand side there are instructions on how to download your running log to Excel.

They will be migrating to Active Trainer, so I highly reccommend that everyone back-up their logs. it was quite simple and took me less than aminute. The advantage is that I can create my own charts and sort the data the way I want.
