First HM in Columbus on Sunday!!!

I am just so excited, or is that nervous!?! I think both. My husband and I are run/walking the half on sunday. We just got married a few weeks ago so he is going to carry a "Just Married" sign!!! He is also running Stomp the Grapes half marathon on sat in Canton, Ohio. He has run several full marathons so it will be nice to have someone with experience with me, not to mention he is my new husband!!

I can't believe I am doing this. I am 45 female and have never done anything like his before. I have been running for about 10 months and was running the year before that (quit because of heat in summer but I won't ever quit again!!) I am following Jeff Galloways run/walk method.

Just needed to tell everyone because I just so excited!!!

Thanks,
Jodi

Jodigirl,
You got married? I was going to move to Ohio (: Congratulations, may the relationship be an ultra marathon with no finish line.

Enjoy the 1/2--take your time. Make it fun. I am happy for you. All the best. Nick
