Almost ready for Week 3!

I will finish Week 2 Day 3 of C25K tomorrow!

I can't believe I am feeling stronger already.

I just run really SLOWLY and I find I do really well.

Thanks again for all the support and encouragement...I cannot WAIT to start Week 3!!

You guys ROCK!

Re: Almost ready for Week 3!
Congrats!

The fastest gains come in the beginning. Don't get used to them; be thankful for every little gain you see and don't stop that first week when you don't feel any better or even might feel worse!

Good luck!

Re: Almost ready for Week 3!
I just finished week two as well (I actually cheated a bit and did half of week two and half of week three since I felt really good). But how fast should I be running? I'm running on the treadmill since it's dark before I can run and I'm running at 4.5mph. It's a comfortable pace (I can talk, if only to the cats) at the pace but it's certainly not completing 400m in 3 minutes.

I feel much better already and it's fun after 20 years to be running again.
