Re: Half marathon trainers week of Nov 10th
Hi Kathy Wing, and welcome!
Chuck, thanks for starting us off this week. Very sorry to hear of your problems, I'm sorry that's not much consolation.
Solid effort, Joe, with the training problems (and race problems) you had that's a nice reward for your perseverance! Well done!
Laurel, good run, sounds like a lot of work for a bad knee. Mind you don't make things worse. (You are the best at remembering everyone!)
Cara, sounds like you are English, I was born in Leicester, though I grew up in Zimbabwe, my son is a footballer, we watch the Premiership matches every weekend. Man. City and pompy was a good match on Sunday. Where is the run along a pebble beach-I remember Lyme Regis being a pebble beach but I suppose there are lots of them.
I have started a half clinic a week ago training for spring, but I am doing extra miles, it sounds so much more impressive in kilometers, I did 20.3 on Saturday in 1:58, 7 on Sunday in 42:20. In miles thats about 12.7 and 4.4 miles.
Simon.
