Re: Half marathon trainers week of Nov 10th

Hello all,
I ran for 30 min. (2.6mi) on Friday afternoon and Saturday (2.5 mi) morning. Then I did my 75 min (6.6) run on Sunday afternoon. Knees feel a little better, got some new shoes!

Congrats on running with no pain Peg!

Wbertha, nice run on your treadmill.

Great run and congrats on your win misswendy!

Hang in there spicegeek, runs are coming.

Joe, sorry to hear about your cough being that bad. I haven't had to deal with any illnesses in the short time I've been running, I hope you can still run through it.

I'm sure I missed alot of people, good luck on your runs tomorrow, and get well everyone else!

Kevin
