Re: Help me
Give the points to a charity. Here's my advice as saddles are particular to the rider's primary bike interface... Go to a good shop. Tell them you are seeking a good saddle. Tell them you already own very expensive high quality bike pants with a great pad. If you don't buy those first and ride with what you have. Don't buy some clunker saddle. Most high end shops will sell you a saddle. I would probably "know" within a few miles if I was in the ballpark. Give it a fair chance. If you don't like it take it back for an exchange. This is really the only way to go. Compare seat height when setting it up. Every saddle will be a little different. Note that raising and lowering the saddle also moves it fore or aft as well which alters your pedaling stroke.

Re: Help me

I agree with MOTIVEFORCER. Buying a saddle is like buying a pair of shoes, you got to try it on and make sure it fits and feels right. Everyone has a different preference when it comes to saddles. I prefer mine with gel and a lot less padding, but thats just me.

also look at your bike shorts and the bike fit

besides looking at a new seat look at maybe new bike shorts or having the bike shop fit the bike to you (usually around $50)
