Did W8D2 last night on the treadmill. Yuck. Have I mentioned how much I hate the treadmill? I hope the weather gets a little better soon because I don't know how much longer I can handle that treadmill running.

W9D2 done - I'm so inconsistent. Some days I can run 30 minutes no problem, and some days I'm struggling at 20. Oh well - I remember when I was struggling at 90 seconds - so I guess everything is good

Good job everyone!

Hello Everyone!

Wk9D2 done! I am running a 5k in 42 minutes. A bit slower than I wanted, but I know my time will improve as I continue to run. Hubby and I signed up for the 10k on Turkey Day(no 5k in the area at all!). A little scared, just because it's 6 miles instead of 3-but I know I can do a 5k now. I couldn't do that 9 weeks ago! I know I'll finish thats all that matters. I love this website! I am so glad to have found it! It has seriously changed my life for the better!

Good Luck to everyone on their races!!!!!

W7D3 done--whohoo. Accidentlally ran too long again, so no fear of Week 8 at all.
