Can I / Should I jump in the middle of C25K

I just started running about3-4 months ago and becauseI really enjoy going to runs with my wife who has been running for 15 years. I have just kind of been doing my own thing before I found this website. When I started I couldn't run one lap around a track, my 1.5 mile (fitness level) time was 21 mins and I almost died at that. So I've slowly been jogging on my own without much guidance. Today I was able to run for 33 minutes at lunch (I think I could have gone farther but had to get back to work). That translated to 2.75 miles. What should I do training wise? Try to jump into the C25K wherever 2.75 miles fits in or what? I am hoping to run the Music City Half Marathon in April and was going to Start Hal Higdon's 1/2 marathon training program in Jaanuary. So for now should I just continue as I am speeding up and lengthening runs as I can or should I jump into a program for the next 7 weeks?

Thanks in advance for any help y'all could provide.

If you can run for 33 minutes, you're past the end of C-to-5k by time.

What about moving on to One Hour Runner[/URL" target="_blank">, which is a natural next step from C-to-5k (scroll to the end of that page.

And welcome!
