Run day after 5K Race?

What are your opinions on this? Do you rest the day after, or run? If so how long do you run for?

thanks

I've run after it a couple times, but only did 2-3 miles each time. I was usually a little sore from pushing so much harder than training runs but I felt better after I went for a slow jog the next day. I say go for it and keep your muscles loosened up!

A 15-30 minute recovery run will help ease the soreness. Run them easy, don't push the distance and it'll help quite a bit.
