I am I am.....did my 10 today! I have also had a good day eating. It occurred to me that I need to send out a caveat. I know when I was trying to lose weight, it bugged the heck out of me when someone else seemed to be succeeding when I felt like I was spinning my wheels. I don't know why you aren't if you are in fact not losing weight, but I can tell you I am working my butt off and there is absolutely NOTHING EASY about what I am doing. That said.....I have lost another 1.5 for a total loss of 12 pounds. I am thrilled. I keep my calories between 1600 and 1800 and I work out or run each day until I have burned a minimum of 800-1000 calories. That is my magic secret..nothing magic.....just discipline (which I didn't know I had).
