I love Annie's!!! Even my husband likes it and he avoids my "freaky health food." Ha.

Go to the Freebies section on the site and order the Be Green button -- they send a nice coupon for Annie's products with it!

Gotta toss in a big ol' slab of Velveeta to the Kraft mac-n-cheese, mmm mmm good. A can of tuna is good, too -- water-packed, of course, to make it healthy <chortle, snort>.

Kinda like the Banana Split with a Diet Coke scenario.

for even further indulgence, try this instead.... make it with lowfat plain yogurt. No milk, no butter. Turns out really creamy! Mmmm. Actually healthier too (relatively) without the butter. I've substitued yogurt on a lot of other recipes with great results.

Trader Joe's also carries soy corn-dogs under their own label. Now if I could get some soy cotton candy and soy dirt I'd be all set for the true fair experience.
