Mix tuna with several tablespoons of spicy mustard, serve with tomato, onion, and romane on toasted whole wheat bread-yum.
(It's also really good when you assemble it all on bread, then put the whole thing in the oven @400 for a couple minutes-New England style

I make it quick and easy - Mix a tiny bit of Light (not reduced fat, it's got tons of sugar added) mayo, a bit of sweet pickle relish, and a bit of sweet pickle relish. Then I put that in a half of a whole wheat pita with some lettuce.

6 oz can of chunk-light tuna (in water) mixed with 1 T fat free mayonnaise, one squirt of mustard, and 1 T sugar-free relish...
Put on mon-toasted double-fiber wheat bread
(makes 2-3 sandwiches)
Yum!

I like tuna sandwiches for their simplicity and ease so I don't do anything fancy.

White tuna with reduced-fat Miracle Whip (NO mayo), celery salt, pepper, a squirt of dijon mustard, and either some finely chopped onion or those dehydrated onion flakes, whatever's around.

Best on some grainy hippie bread.

I just tried the tuna and avocado. YUM! I squirted some lime on the avocado and mixed it with sea salt, then stirred in the tuna. I ate it right out of the bowl with no bread.

My favorite tuna recipe comes froma little tea room in Bryan, Texas. You soften 1/4 brick of cream cheese, stir in one can drained tuna, 3 tablespoons of black olives and some walnuts. I like this served on crackers, but sometimes I toast a slice of whole bread and eat it on that. I know it sounds a little strange, but don't knock it until you've tried it!

I wash my tuna in a fine strainer under cold running water and then put lemon juice over it. By doing this it doesn't taste fishey. Add light mayo, egg, dill pickle and some dill juice S&P.

But today I'm trying the avocodo & tomato along with washed tuna and lemon jucie.

Drain tuna (not too dry), flake white albacore tuna, mix with lowfat Kraft mayo, some sliced green onion incl white part, chopped celery, sprinkle a little dill weed, a little sweet pickle relish and chopped boiled egg. So yummy. Served in sandwich or on crackers.

I love it with Caesar dressing instead of mayo, shredded parmesan, pickles, and garlic salt. Yeah, I'm Italian...

I love the Starkist Tuna Creations - marinated flake tuna in packets. They are so yummy they don't need anything added to them but lettuce and tomato if you feel like it. Which is great for eliminating the added fat of even reduced fat mayo.
My fave is the sweet and spicy, but the herb and garlic is also delicious on a salad.
I have never been so happy since StarKist started putting tuna in those packets - it was totally disgusting to me when it was in a can even though I desperately wanted to like it. Their tuna fillets in the packets are also delicious.
