seems like an awful lot of work for one day of overindulgence? maybe don't over do it in the first place? I don't mean to be a killjoy here! I am just saying, there will always be pie, no need for 3 pieces at once?

I have had some hearty thanksgivings in my day. But really I have never experienced something like this before. Maybe other people REALLY eat like crazy or eat something different than what I eat. It was like any other big dinner for me. I was back and running strong today, I guess I ruined my "detox".
