Aaagh.... I am the same! 37/f/155/0
Granted, my running has gone up and I am drinking loads of water in prep for HM on 1/21. Maybe I am gaining muscle and water! Maybe I am carb loading! Keep posted :-o

F/57/181.6 -5.2

I knew because I gained 10 pounds so quickly (since mid-November), that when I made the effort a lot of it would come off quickly because it was probably a lot of fluid. I'll take the loss any way you give it to me! Now it will be harder. I need to get active, so that's my goal this week.

Just as I forgot to check in yesterday, I apparently forgot that I am participating in a weight LOSS challenge.

F/37/5'9"/161.8 (start)
161.4 (today) - .4

Having company is not conducive to sticking to a plan!

I ran 3X last week in wk 3 of the C25K plan, but upped the length of run to 30 minutes. Felt pretty good, but alas, I went to the dr on Thursday and weighed in at 162 - HOLY *&$*!!!!

So, now my stats are:

F/38/5'4"/162 (+4)

I will be running M-T-W in a row, because we here in Colo. are expecting yet ANOTHER snowstorm on Th-F.

I will just keep plugging away I guess. And continue to eat well. Good job to all you "losers"!!!

=)

vermontjen,

Love those digital scales that let you know every single ounce gained or lost. I guess .4 is something, at least!

Finally checking in. I am down from 147. to 145.4. Not too bad, I guess. Mostly from watching my diet, as the flu bug has struck my house. Hope to get back on track this week!

I have stayed exactly the same! Grr! I am planning on kicking it up a notch this week. No more soda, it's killing me. I am also planning on running at least 4 times this week. I have another relay race to train for in June and need to be ready! I really enjoy reading everybody's comments!

Greetings all. Checking in week 1. M/49/274/-1
Only ran once due to very severe cramping in left calve. Muscle in calve now very tight and sore. Resting it some. Stuck to diet a little and still dropped a pound. I hate dieting, but if I can't run I'll have to be careful. Hopefully get back to running Wednesday or Thursday. Keep it up all. Ernie

So I didn't do the weigh in yesterday, there were a lot of people by the scale at the gym and I was nervous of those peaking eyes seeing my high scale numbers. But I did do it today and I was SO happy I did!

164.3!!!! I have no idea how i did that either! yeah!

F/5'7"/164.3
Started at 167

yeah!

Weighed in yesterday down 4. 37/F/start 148/now 144. 148 was a very high, bloated weight for me, explaining the 4 lbs in one week. I think I still had my New Year's Eve dinner in my belly at the starting weigh in!
