I honestly forgot to weigh in this morning. So, for kicks I just weighed myself, just having eaten dinner and wearing my bed clothes I weighed 5 pounds heavier than last weeks weigh-in, if that counts for anything.
I only ran about 8 miles this week, typically I'm around 10 so ok with that. Next week I'm concentrating on Pushups and situps and running short fast loops (1-2 miles). Diet, no change (shooting for ~1700 calories a day), mostly soups.
I'm starting to get the feeling this will be a very lonely posting on the second half. I resolve two things now... not to stop posting, and second, not miss my goal of losing 20 pounds.
