Accel Gel?

Gel of choice in the marathon I am going to run. Any experiences with it?

Before I switched to clif blocks that was the gel i used. I liked it better than all the 100 others i tried I would try it out once before your marathon. I only used the chocolate kind. I thought the texture was better than any other gel too. More pudding like than glue like.

I liked the strawberry kiwi flavor. I had used cliff shots in the past and they upset my stomach.

I even tried my own "brew" but I found Accel Gel to go down the easiest and cause no gastrointestinal discomfort or gas.

I like pretty much every Gu and Accel Gel I've had. I guess after being out there running for 2 hours, my taste buds aren't very picky.

No stomach problems with either...but I'm generally not that susceptible to such types of issues. Try them out before your marathon is the best advice I can give.
