WI tonight. I'm down another 1 lb. I think. My scale is acting all funky. I weighed myself after work, and I was 135 (0 lbs lost), then less than 10 minutes later I weighed 133, then I weighed 134 a bunch of times. I'm pretty sure one of my next purchases will be a new scale. Maybe with a body fat option. What all do you guys use?
Anyway, I decided to go with 134. Mom weighs in at home then at WW. When she weighed in when I was hitting 134 consistently, she was 161, then at WW she was 160.6, so we'll say our scale was just about right. That means that I'm sticking with using all my flex points again this week.
This morning I was facing major PMS, and was totally without energy, so I didn't run this morning. I've decided to not sweat it, and just say today is in place of my Saturday rest day, and push out my runs until Saturday.
