Oatmeal is good topped with slivered almonds or chopped walnuts.

And I just love oatmeal with a spoonful of peanutbutter stirred in!

some soy protein powders are made with natural ingredients. i used to buy a chocolate flavored vegan kind when i was living in western australia that used only non-gmo soy and mix it into oatmeal every morning. you could also just make you oatmeal with milk instead of water and maybe add a bit of nuts for some healthy fat to keep you full.
