So CS, what's on your plate for next year?
I planning on taking the rest of theyear completely off and letting my mental and physical batteries recharge.
Do you think you'll lose a lot in that time?
Sure, I'll lose a little and coming back will be tough, but I'll feel fresh and I'll have a new outolook on training.
Anthing you plan on working on for the rest of the off season?
I plan on doing a lot of speed work on the run. I used to be a decent runner but it has slipped away. I would like some of that speed back. I a going to try and get in about 300 miles/week on the bike with soe longer transition runs.
Why so much?
I tend to do better when my training is over 20 hours a week. Whne I slip below that I tend on going half butt on my training.
