If you would have read thru the whole forum, you would see that I have had plenty to contribute. You may not like what I have said in the past and that is fine. My post about your YELLING was in jest. If you lack the ability to laugh a little, you have bigger problems than this forum (or Lipo 6) can solve. Suck it up buttercup.

I have not tried, and will not try it. I prefer to use traditional methods, run, lift weights, eat right. At 41 yrs of age I feel great. I got to this point with a lifestyle change. What happens when you are finished using the little pills? Will the weight come back? How safe is this stuff? What if it comes out in the future that this stuff causes heart attacks, or liver problems, etc? Why trust a pharmaceutical company? Why risk it, when there is a tried and proven way of losing weight?
Just my thoughts.

Well I took her off the hydroxycut due to headaches, spoke with a nutritionist and he says she might be having reactions to phenalyne since Hydroxycut and lipo 6 have this ingredient, so sorry the test just ended and not really vary satisfactory. So my current recomendation dont waste your money make a commitment and hire a good qualified personal trainer and listen to thier advice you will lose body fat faster thru hard work and resistance training than any Quote miricle drug.

I feel so frustrated today. Instead of losing weight I am gaining. I am exercising but my eating habits could be better. Does anyone recommend anything else I could take?

OK, today I feel better. I started taking two in the morning and two in the afternoon and I am losing weight. I did not go to the gym this week, but I will start back next week.

Have a great weekend.

I have not been eating as healthy as I should and that is the problem. However, I am going to start to eat more fruits and vegetables along with exercise. I use to do low carb and I know that is a sure way to drop weight, especially belly fat. However, at this time I am not mentally prepared to do that so I am taking lipo 6. I will start cutting back on my bad carbs this week and we will see what happens with God's help.

I have been taking Lipo 6 for the past month and a 1/2, however, I take two in the morning instead of coffee and i run 5 days a week for 40 mins. I have lost 40 pounds in six months and have yet to stop losing. I think with any diet pill it's proper diet and exercise..there is no miracle drug...but I like the energy it gives me and it helps increase the effect of my workouts. I too am skeptical of its ability to shed pounds ....only because my entire lifestyle has changed...but i'm terrified to stop taking them ..

Hi, I started using Lipo 6 last Thursday. I had a couple minutes of jitters, but I'm cool now. Basically I just follow the directions on the bottle, kinda ease into it. Before I started taking the pills, I've always worked out. 3 days weights, 3 days cardio. Working out has always been apart of my daily regimen. I started taking the Lipo 6 just to help with those stubborn "love handles" , which I hate. My main goal is to basically burn the fat and add on more muscle. I'll keep you guys posted with my results.

I just started taking Lipo 6 today and have been on Atkins on and off for a year (currenty back on). Has anyone used this combination? Does it seem to work better or will it make me jittery?
