Well, there is good news and bad news. The good news, I lost 2lbs last week. The bad news, I tore a muscle in my calf-so-no running for me for a couple months. Very upsetting. I had 4 weeks to go before my marathon. I am very depressed, but I am going to try to use it as a lesson learned versus the biggest bummer ever (which it is); that I don't need to do everything in excess. When I eat, I eat too much. When I stretch, I stretch too much. And when I run, I run too much (especially when it has been so hot and suddenly you have a beautiful day and run 18 miles as a tempo run-not my brightest moment).
