log data transfer

I followed all the instructions and clicked the button to transfer my data, got the ensuing msg saying it could take up to 24 hours. Then I noticed another Data Transfer button in the left-hand margin, so figured what the heck, why not see what this does. Right after clicking that button I got a pop-up saying there was a problem transferring my data, some did not transfer, contact customer support. Anyone else have a similar issue? I'm not sure what's going on now. For anyone who successfully transferred their log data, how long did it take?

Yup, I did the exact same thing you did and got the same error message. Let's hope they get these problems ironed out fast. I have a feeling that they are going to lose alot of longtime Cool Runners!

i did the same thing, but it told me my data transferred succesfully--but not all of it did--an entire category of activity didn't show up...

I finally found where to get access to my log, it asked me if I wanted to do the data tranfer, so I hit the "transfer data" button. Then I got a message that said it would take 24 hours. But then I saw the calendar and saw that my previous data was there, so I checked it out. Biggest disappointment I've noticed so far is that my old "average HR" and 'max HR" from CoolRunning is not there now. That sucks, that data was very important to me. And I don't see where I can now log my average HR in the new log, other than just writing it in.

Thus far, I'd say this thing really sucks......

Just like one of the previous comments, I was stupid enough not to export my data in the last week of Coolrunning.com.

What a great log that was. This is all complete bollocks, time to move, but first I need to get to my data!!

I tried to phone the US helpdesk, was on hold for 23 minutes, a guy called "Chris" finally came on, but seemed to disconnect me as soon as I mentioned Coolrunning.

So thanks Chris, please go on a customer service training course before disconnecting one of your end users!!

It wont be long before my last visit to active.com

So long brothers and sisters in arms!!

Yeah, I tranferred my data, but only my running data transferred. None of my cross training (weights, yoga, etc) is there. Argh! I did download my coolrunning data last week so I have the info. But so long Active. I don't think I'll be using their log.
