Sunday December 16th

Thought I would start a discussion on the daily running if anyone is interested. Don't know how you all like the transfer, but I am confused. No running for me today. Have a great day.

I don't like this......anyway 3 miles for me in 30* but winds 20-40 mph and snowing. Brrrrr. My legs felt really tired and dead.

Kfuller- I'm not a big fan either, have a good rest

Oh thank goodness you're all here. I am so lost and confused. I'm posting over on kick for the Clubhouse, and I finally logged in to active, but I'm not sure where people are going to be. At least I know this is the only place you guys will be, right?

Seven miles for me today during naptime, which was cut dangerously short (the nap, not the run) but I had asked my husband to get her if she woke up, so, ha. I did appear to trip the circuit breaker on the treadmill while I was running, and had to break it up at .75m and 6.25 miles. It was around a 9 minute pace overall, or a smidge under.

Take care out there people. And let's make sure we gather up everybody and huddle in here - make sure we haven't lost anybody.

Ellen I think I will be posting in both places. I am still trying to navigate this site. Not many people are happy with the transition. Nice job on the running. It is good to see some people here today.

Yah, I'm posting in both places. I wander around here like a little lost puppy until I find what I'm looking for. Then, I'm lucky if I can find it again!

60mins on the trainer. Little trot around the neighborhood on very icy roads. 2m 17:45.

Tomorrow is a rest day. I'll be going to the doctor. I've been coughing for two weeks now...

Not sure if you caught it yesterday--my doctor is one of the coaches for my running group. Yesterday I caught up with him at a water stop. We're talking, he takes a half step to the side and launches a snot rocket. Okay... Anyway, he said anything after 10-14days and antibiotics are probably in order.

I found this to be helpful.....either start out at coolrunning.com and click on community and discussion forums (then it kicks you over to here) and just click on the run & race reports and the thread you want to read. Then you can click login to reply right on this page, where the reply button is if you've already logged in. You log in and it puts you back on the thread and you can just click reply from there. If I'm already logged in but get lost/confused I just go back to coolrunning.com, click community, and then discussion forums. Works well for me.

Megs-- I think that works good enough for me. I suppose after enough goofing around on the site I will figure stuff out.

I am messing around with putting a picture on here to see if it works. Hopefully it will and if it does it is easier than what coolrunning had. Not quite working yet, but I will figure it out. Wow I got it to work. Here is a picture of me finishing a race this past summer. Now I can share some pictures as it is one feature that is much easier than coolrunning. Enjoy.

Rest day so no running.

I had no problems logging in and navigating this site but it seems real slow. Bummer how some screen names changed... I've started to get used to Kickrunners but liked the Mainstream Racing forum, as well as R&RR, here and hope it gets going again. In general though I'll see how it pans out before picking a home.
