What Ab / Upperbody excercises do you do ?

I really need to add some upper body exercises to my workout routine.
What are you doing that seems to complement your running ?

Pilates!! Get a pilates workout dvd and try the moves. You don't have to actually do a workout dvd, but just pick and choose what moves you think will be best for you.
Windsor Pilates are awesome. They tone your whole body, from head to toe and working your abs will make you a better runner.

Depends on where I'm at, but right now:

-Clapping Push-Ups
-Chin-Ups
-Dips
-Dynamic Arm Pumps w/ low resistance, high, high volume
-V-up: lie on back with 5kG med ball over head; raise feet and arms until the meet in a V
-Side Toss w/ med ball
-Log Throw w/ med ball
-Hanging V: hang from chin-up up, put light med ball btw feet, then try to make an L
-Overhead throw w/ med ball
-Chest Pass w/ med ball

And when healthy (I'm a little dinged right now in my knee):

-Pike Jump
-Scissor Jump
-Single Leg Squat
-Bounding
-Unweigted Lunges

Bicep curl, one arm only. I start with 12 ounces and continue until it reaches 0. Then start over.

When I am at my house at the New Jersey shore on the weekends I do lots of 12oz curls.

Pilates rules as far as I'm concerned. I don't need a tape anymore as I've long since memorized my moves. I wonderful partner for runners of all ages and abilities. I generally run in the morning and do my Pilates in the evening while watching the news or a favorite comedy. It relaxes me and strengthens me at the same time.

It's a very specific exercise. To many repeats and you'll become quite tired or having difficulty standing, forming sentences, finding the remote control, etc.
