Seven miles for me today during naptime, which was cut dangerously short (the nap, not the run) but I had asked my husband to get her if she woke up, so, ha. I did appear to trip the circuit breaker on the treadmill while I was running, and had to break it up at .75m and 6.25 miles. It was around a 9 minute pace overall, or a smidge under.

Take care out there people. And let's make sure we gather up everybody and huddle in here - make sure we haven't lost anybody.

Tomorrow is a rest day. I'll be going to the doctor. I've been coughing for two weeks now...

Not sure if you caught it yesterday--my doctor is one of the coaches for my running group. Yesterday I caught up with him at a water stop. We're talking, he takes a half step to the side and launches a snot rocket. Okay... Anyway, he said anything after 10-14days and antibiotics are probably in order.
