So I just started taking Lipo 6 today...I am doing the recommended one pill in the morning and one in the afternoon...I am not expecting "Fantabulous" results in the beginning, but if it works...hey, more power to me right! If anyone can keep me updated on their recent progress, that would be great! I am in the Navy, and after being stationed overseas for 2 years, I am back stateside, and getting married in 8 months...I want to get back to what I was when I joined (155, I now weigh 180). I drank alot and didn't really exercise too much, but I now have started eating healthier (i.e. a salad for lunch with out dressing, no fast food, soda, or just regular nasty foods) and working out a lot more (I run 3.5 miles 3 days a week, and do weight training 3 days a week) so I am basically just using this too help speed up the process if it will actually do so! Wish me luck!

Ok im from the UK and i have been reading these pots now for a while.I thought i would try lipo 6 for 3 months to see how it went before i posted anything.Ok,so this is what i did...I started taking lipo 6 12 weeks ago starting with 2 tablets a day for first week then 4 a day after that.I was 140 pound and im 5"5 tall i only wanted to lose 14 pound which would take me back to size 10.I knew that it would be difficult because the less you have to lose the harder it is.I didnt have time for the gym because im a single mom so i first of all swaped white bread for wholemeal bread cut down on saturated fats, ate three sensible meals a day and stopped eating after 6 in the evening. When the babies were sleeping every day i would do 30 min workout to my davina macall dvd with sat and sun off.The first month i lost 7 pound, second month i lost 3 pound and this month only 1 pound so i only have 2 pound to go.I did the workouts and the eating plan for 1 month also before i started taking lipo six and i honestly didnt lose a pound so am convinced that lipo 6 helps.Hope thats of interest :):):):)

Just stated taking Lipo 6 today. I'm 5'9 and 175lbs.
I've always had a healthy diet and in the past month, i've started eating around 5ish small meals a day.
For the past 6 months I began taking a capoeira class twice weekly in the evening (which i think has helped keep me from gaining weight) And the past month I've began walking (jogging as much as my endurance can allow) a 3 mile track twice. (sometimes a third time in the evening). And occasionally I weight train my upper body and do various abdominal workouts and stretches to improve my flexibility.
I figured with the new morning cardio, it would be nice to try and get the most out of it and try a weight loss suppliment along with my diet and exercise and chose to go with lipo 6.
Reading about it online makes it either seem like some wonder pill making you drop an insane amount of weight in just a few weeks or some horror story that will kill you or send you to the emergency room very quickly.
There was a bit of nervousness taking the pill and I decided to only take one pill in the morning for the first week. If that goes well then 1 morning and 1 afternoon. And then possibly increase to 2 mornings 1 afternoon (but not planning to add to that). My bottle says not to exceed 4 pills a day (and if you go to the nutrex website, the same label says 4 is the limit not 3; so im curious if theres several different formulas and why would there be so).
Anyhow, I dont drink anything with caffeine so I thought I might get a bit of a caffeine high with it - but I really didnt (Also, someone else here said 1 pill has 200mg of caffeine. And according to the bottle; its 200 per serving and a serving is 2 pills' so its actually 100mg a pill).
But i had no side effects what so ever. I was even considering taking one before my lunch but decided even if things seem fine, i'll take the first week to let my body get used to what im putting into it.
I also wanna point out; I take the pill with 16oz water. And over the course of the day I usually drink AT LEAST 1 gallon of water and ALL i drink is water.
Anyway, im planning to keep track of this every day/few days/week. And dont really intend on taking this for longer than a month and refuse to take it longer than 2 months (or at least, since im taking at such a slow pace, i pretty much refuse to use more than 2 bottles). But hopefully my endurance will pick up during this trial and (if) the weight lost will help me in other active goals.
So far, only problems I forsee is my naughty naughty love of breads and cheese (and cheese i hear is likely to help cause several problems while taking lipo 6 so i'll have to (but it'll be a problem) ease back on the cheeses). But I know I can cut back on those. i have a sweet tooth but i can satisfy that with fruit easilly. (And if only my workout partner would stop talking about la madeline's creme brulee augh).
Anyway, i'll hopefully return with my experiences after a week or so... (wow thats long)

Hey gang,

I'm 27, female, 5'2. Currently 145lbs, a size 8. I had lost 20lbs in the past 6months (on my own) and want to lose some more weight to get down to a size 6. I lost my 20lbs from doing the zone diet, watching my calorie intake and cardio 4-5x a week. I have been plateauing for the past 2 months (likely too much drinking and not as strict with the diet plus reduced workout) I decided to try Lipo 6 to "kickstart" my body again.

I started on Lipo 6 almost a week ago, stacked with Ephedrine. The first 2 days I only took 2pills a day and increased it to 4 after that. I find that my body isn't responding consistently to them yet. In the beginning I was very wired immediately after taking them and had trouble sleeping at night because I could feel my heartrate pumping like crazy, even hours after taking them. By the 4th day I was able to take a nap right after. I also notice that I am more hyper: fidgeting a lot, talking faster and louder than usual, walking around the house for no reason. I took them once right before my kickboxing class and was in turbo mode, COMPLETELY sore the next day.

I find that it doesn't suppress my hunger as well at night (I take the 2nd dose at around 6pm) and start feeling hunger again at 930pm but it does its job for breakfast and lunch.

Summary is, it suppresses my hunger well during the day, good energy burst for workouts. No pounds shed yet, I'm thinking it might be harder for me because I had already lost 20lbs and have been eating little already. I'll stay on it for another week or so and see how it goes.

Will post an update then

Where did you get your pills?

I bought mine from a local (legit) shop in Vancouver and it does contain Yohimbine.

Hi,
I am 40, 5'4 & weigh 145. It seems the older I get the harder it is to take the weight off and gravity is starting to take its toll. I started taking Lipo6 last week. This will be my 2nd week. I go to the gym just about every day. I work out for about an hour and half. A good 40 minutes on the tread mill, doing cardio. When I don't make it to the gym, I will walk my dog about 1 -1.5 miles& it is a brisk walk. So far I have managed to loose 3 pounds and almost an inch around my stomach. I was very leery about trying this stuff. I watch what I eat, but not to the T.. I have really cut down on my portions. I live by the rule, not a dinner plate full of food but a salad plate of food I am been trying to stick to 1200 calories a day.
I feel so much better, mind, body and spirit. I really want to get down to 120, I found that it really important to keep moving...

I've been reading what has been posted about lipo 6 fat burners and would like to recommend an alternative way to lose weight with a coach who is also a scientist with a Phd. in immunology and microbiology. She will recommend exercise, plenty of fruits and vegetables and also a healthy weight loss supplement. She will support you through the weight loss process. If you're serious about losing weight and are willing to lose weight in a healthy way, I will give you her contact information.

Good Evening All~

Wow I read these stories and I realize that I am not alone in this battle of the bulge. I get frustrated when I see people that eat and eat and are so freakin thin. I have TASTED THIN AND I WANT IT BACK!!! Last year while going thru my divorce and other stressful things, a new job, move and a relationship that was on the side caused me to drop like 30 some pds. I have always been on the "heavy or stocky" side and I was down from a 14/16 to a 12/10 and lovin it. Well I got in a healthy great relationship and most of the 30 pds are back on and I am 16/18. I know that there is no magic pill but I have been eating right, high protein foods and fiber low carbs. For over a month and I have been working out. So I got lipo 6 @ GNC. A waitress came up to me at Hooters (maybe that is my problem!) when I was taking a diff diet pill and said that didn't work try lipo 6. She had worked at GNC so I bought it. Money back gurantee. I have been taking it since Thursday. Sometimes I feel my heart going on the fast side but doesn't make me feel sick or anything. So we shall see. I got FL in a two weeks I would like to have 5-8 pds off.

Okay I was looking to getting lipo 6 but before i did i wanted to explain some of the stuff that happen to me. before everybody please read the instruction from the bottle. Take one tablet till u get used to then increase the dosage to 2 then three a day dont pass that. stay away from coffee or anything thats caffeen. i say this because i expierience side effects where my heart rate increase and my right arm would have a pain when i was taking the pill, granted i wasnt eating properly but i did lose weight, but i credit the weight lost because of my exces weight lifting program i did. when i didnt take the pill i would sleep normal and the pain in my right arm wasnt there. its true and this is no lie. when u take the pill the way they say u do get that energy boost. i experience this but at the same time i would not sleep correctly until the fourth day. thats when i decided to drp the dossage to 2 a day and just increase my exercise reps.If anybody in is gona take this becareful and consult with ur doctor before u take this because its a double edge sword to the product. One minute u feeling good the next u body is in hyper mood and u will feel dizzy or have ur heart rate going fast. If these side effects happen to u when u take this product just stop taking it and just work out and eat healthy. I increase weight but thats because I stop workign out for about 6 months and im getting back into the grove of running and doing light weights. hope this answers everybody question about the product being safe. Its safe if u follow the correct dosage and have a proper diet but if u dont have either its not gona work and u gona have side effects. good luck to everybody. im planning to take it again but im gona follow a new diet and stay away from caffien and sugar stuff. ill write my next post after i recieve the bottle and start taking them again and let everybody know how it goes.Be safe and be blessed.
