Data Loss

From the Cool Running site:

What will happen to my Cool Running log?
Your Running Log is moving to Active Trainer's Online Training Calendar this month. With Active Trainer, you'll receive 24/7 online access to a robust suite of online training tools, an easy-to-use calendar, detailed training reports, and daily training reminders. We'll also move your logged data from the Cool Running log to Active Trainer. More details to come at http://coolrunning.com/log/.

Err, except the conversion didn't convert over my cross-training log entries. I never would have guessed the Active log would have no ability to enter cross-training workouts. Or require payment just for the trivial calculation to track shoe mileage, or to omit weekly views, track PRs, chart by week, etc.

But the worst of it is the data loss IMO. I work in Information Technology and not telling users about it and data loss in a system conversion is stuff CIOs get fired for in the real world.
