Where do you chafe most & how do you stop it?
Last weekend I ran for 5 hours and noted all the places that chafing was the worst. Of course, the nipples were bad but the side where my arms rub was the worst. This inspired a blog post (

1. Inner thighs
2. Nipples
3. Armpits
4. Waist
5. Neck/Collar
6. Birthmarks
7. Ankles
8. Equipment straps
9. Butt Crack
I find Spandex and Body Glide work wonders.
