OK, Maybe I am confused with hydration. I drink 60-80 ounces of water a day.
I do not drink Powerade, Gatorade or Accelerade. I do drink Propel water from time to time?
I occasionally drink tea with no sugar. Maybe two or three glasses per week?
I do take daily high blood pressure medicine. It has a diaretic in it as well.
I am confused about this thing. I feel like I am bloated all the time. Almost to the point of sloshing inside? Help me out here, please!
