Hydration

OK, Maybe I am confused with hydration. I drink 60-80 ounces of water a day.
I do not drink Powerade, Gatorade or Accelerade. I do drink Propel water from time to time?

I occasionally drink tea with no sugar. Maybe two or three glasses per week?

I do take daily high blood pressure medicine. It has a diaretic in it as well.

I am confused about this thing. I feel like I am bloated all the time. Almost to the point of sloshing inside? Help me out here, please!

Maybe you're just drinking too much or too much at once. Are you forcing yourself to drink or, drinking when you're thirsty? If you're just drinking when you're thirsty, I'd ask your doctor about it. You shouldn't feel bloated from drinking enough.

In a non sweating setting, mineral water is the way to go. The electrolytes function to carry the water out of the gut and into the cellular level.

Hyponatremia is common knowledge in the endurance field because so many have died from water intoxication. They overdrank water while dehydrated and all the gut was filling up and not releasing it quick enough.

Sodium and potassium are the 2 main ingredients neede but calcium, chloride, phosphate, sulfiae, bicarbonate and magnesium are important too.
