Re: lipo 6 fat burners
HELLO I WAS A RECENT USER OF LIPO 6 AND WAS VERY SATISFIED IT KEPT MY ENERGY UP AND MY WEIGHT LOSS INCREASING. TILL I STARTED NOTICING THAT 3 HOURS AT THE GYM WASNT ENOUGH FOR ME. I STARTED SKIPPING MEALS BECAUSE I WOULDN'T GO HUNGER. I STARTED WITH 6 SMALL MEALS PER DAY TO 3 SMALL MEALS PER DAY AND STARTED GETTING VERY AGGRAVATED AND VERY NASTY ATTIDUTE IF I WASN'T WORKING OUT. AND I WOULD DO THE ROUTINES THAT MY HUSBAND ASKED ME TO DO BECAUSE HE KNOWS HIS STUFF VERY WELL AND BEING IN THE MILITARY IS ONE OF THE REQUIREMENTS TO KEEP YOUR SELF LEAN AND HEALTHY. BUT THAT WASNT ENOUGH I WOULD STRETCH FIRST FOR 15 MINUTES THEN HIT THE LIGHT WEIGHTS FOR 30 AND NEXT DO MY SPINNING CLASS FOR 45 MIN. THE REST WORK ONLY ON THE AREA THAT I WAS GOING TO WORK ON. I WOULD CHANGE MY ROUTINE SO MY BODY WOULDN'T HIT THE END OF THE WALL. BUT THEN I STARTED FREAKING OUT WITH FOOD EVEN EATING SMALLER PORTIONS TILL I SAID THAT IS ENOUGH I WAS GETTING SICK. I STOPPED THE PILLS AND IM STILL AT 135 WHICH IS A GOOD THING IN A WAY BUT IM REALLY NOT IN A GOOD SHAPE ONCE YOU STOP YOULL GAIN THE WEIGHT FASTER OR THE DOUBLE.

Re: lipo 6 fat burners
The best of products, no stimulants, amazing stuff

Why Use Serofil??

The reason it is so difficult to alter bad eating habits is that depleted, low levels of a chemical communicator in the brain called Serotonin , create overpowering cravings for junk-food carbohydrates ( chips, bagels, sodas, sweets, white breads, pastries, chocolate, etc .). These ferocious cravings are referred to as hormone depleted cravings and they can be more savage than the cravings experienced by drug users for illicit street drugs.
In fact, the over-consumption of junk-food carbohydrate is the primary reason America has become the worlds fattest nation. The body instinctively knows that eating junk food will cause the brain to produce a burst of this feel good hormone, Serotonin. That is the reason it is often referred to as mood-food, comfort-food, or emotional eating. The problem is the price you pay for this short term fix is the overproduction of the fat storing hormone insulin.
Junk-Food Carbohydrates destabilize blood sugar and force your body to over-produce the fat storing hormone insulin. The primary function of insulin is to store body-fat. Remember, it is impossible to store body-fat without the presence of insulin. Insulin acts like a garage door opener to your fat cells.
According to noted researcher Ronald F. Bore, Ph.D., in his article: Serotonin: The Neurotransmitter for the 90's "Serotonin is perhaps the most implicated in the etiology or treatment of various disorders, particularly those of the central nervous system, including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, schizophrenia, stroke, obesity, pain, hypertension, vascular disorders, migraine , and nausea."
Note: Serotonin affects your mood and food cravings for junk-food. Stress, poor nutrition (junk food), and the lack of deep, restorative sleep are the three modern lifestyle factors that contribute to this low Serotonin state that is prevalent in this Country.
It is not a coincidence that a record number of prescriptions were written last year in the U.S. for the mood drugs like Prozac, Paxil, Zoloft , etc. that attempt to alleviate this unhealthy, low Serotonin condition.
A key flavoring agent used in over 98% of all processed food ( high-fructose-corn-syrup ) also contributes to depleting Serotonin and promotes craving for junk-food. In 1906, the first head of the Bureau of Chemist ( now called the FDA ) Dr. Harvey Wiley, banned fructose corn-syrup as a food additive because it was causing diabetes in all the test animals. He accurately predicted that if we ever allowed fructose corn-syrup to be used as a food additive , we would become a nation of diabetics.
In order to achieve long-term, healthy fat-loss, it is important to understand why and how you store excess body-fat .
For years, Americans have been led to believe that the consumption of fat-laden foods ( especially saturated fat ) was responsible for the epidemic rise in excess weight-gain and obesity. However, we now know this is wrong.
The most recent, reliable and extensive scientific studies (1990's) conducted by researcher and chemist Dr. Mary Enig ( Ph.D ) from Baltimore, Md., reveal that the consumption of partially-hydrogenated vegetable oils and the trans fatty acids they contain are responsible for arterial wall occlusion (blockage) and not saturated fat as we have been led to believe. (Dr. Enig is considered a seminal thinker in this field of TFA = s). In fact we now know and our Government knows that we should eat healthy fats (not fried) with every meal. Healthy fat helps to keep blood sugar (glucose) stable. Stable blood sugar is key to long term, healthy fat-loss.
If you are carrying excess weight around your mid-section, you are suffering from chronically high levels of insulin. This condition is called hyperinsulinimia and it is pervasive in this country. In order to correct this problem, you must transition from eating junk-food carbohydrate to eating whole, nutritious food. Green, leafy vegetables and certain fruits (avoid certain tropical fruits) should replace the chips, bagels, sodas, etc. as your carbohydrate source. For most people, this is easier said than done. However, once you embrace this lifestyle change, two dramatic things will happen.
1. Your health will improve
2. Your body- fat will be reduced
For years weight-loss products have attempted to speed up the system with caffeine or ephedrine like stimulants in order to suppress the appetite and accelerate fat-loss (fat burning). This does not work long-term . Weight-loss products that use this strategy will set you up for fat-loss failure. Don = t waste your time and money . All stimulants deplete Serotonin and cause your body to overproduce adrenaline. Adrenaline is a protein utilizing hormone that depletes lean muscle mass. Muscle is one of your best allies in the battle against excess body fat so don = t lose muscle.....lose fat!
You must remember that there is no such thing as fast fat-loss . It is impossible to lose more than two pounds of fat per week. Anything you lose over two pounds per week will be muscle, bone mass or water weight. Be patient, your health is the most precious asset you have. Protect it at all cost. If you ever lose it, you will miss it dearly.
If you do not address the Serotonin issue, you will never be able to maintain long-term, healthy fat-loss. Again, long-term, healthy fat-loss should be your objective.
In response to this critical need for Serotonin support, NUTRICO , the health thru nutrition company , has spent six years formulating and testing an amazing product called Serofil?.
Serofil? has been scientifically formulated to provide your body with the key amino acid nutrients ( 5-htp,l-tyrosine and l-phenylalanine ) needed by the body to manufacture Serotonin , dopamine and norepinephrine , the three most crucial compounds involved in controlling mood levels(mood and junk-food are linked).
Serofil? ingredients
5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) is the raw material needed by the body to manufacture Serotonin. Scientific studies from around the world have shown 5-HTP to be effective in:
Suppressing Appetite
Enhancing Sleep
Relieving Anxiety and depression
Enhancing Libido
Relief From Migraine Headaches and carporal tunnel syndrome
In the book 5-HTP: The Natural Serotonin Solution by Richard A. Passwater (Ph.D. and noted biochemist) and James South (M.A. and director of research for an international anti-aging clinic in Europe) it states that "5-HTP is a little-known, but well-tested, dietary supplement that offers many people more benefits and less risks than most conventional therapies for depression, sleep disorders including insomnia , obesity , anxiety disorders including panic attacks, PMS , eating disorders including bulimia, obsessive-compulsive disorders, alcoholism, and uncontrollable violent impulses."
DL-phenylalanine is an amino acid that alleviates emotional pain and improves your sense of well being.
Tyrosine eases the adverse effects of environmental, psychosocial, and physical stress. Tyrosine also produces thyroid hormones (thyroxine) which stimulates the thyroid to be effective in increasing fat mobilization.
Serofil? also contains Acetyl-L-Carnitine which helps your body metabolize fat more efficiently without the negative side effects of anxiety or jitters caused by the stimulant based products. ALC improves mood and helps combat stress (see google for more info regarding this nutrient and its additional benefits).
L-Glutamine (Amino acid) is rapidly assimilated by the body and reaches the brain within minutes in order to end even the most savage sweet and starch cravings. Glutamine also increases your ability to secrete Human Growth Hormone which helps to metabolize body fat and maintain lean muscle mass. It also stabilizes mental functioning, keeping you calm yet alert, and it promotes good digestion.
Vanadium is included in our Serofil? formula in order to increase energy levels and endurance. It also assist in the cells ability to be receptive to insulin which helps to stabilize blood sugar levels. This is key to shedding excess body-fat.
Serofil? is the helping hand you need to make the transition to good eating habits. Again, once you start eating properly your health will improve and your body-fat will be reduced.
Serotonin is like the conductor of an orchestra. When the conductor is in rhythm, everyone else falls into sync. When Serotonin is at healthy levels, you will not experience the ferocious cravings for the junk food that forces your body to store fat. One of the most successful drug, alcohol, and eating disorder clinics in the country (10 year, 90% success rate, clinical application for drug, alcohol and eating disorders) employs this amino acid protocol for its patients. (Recovery Systems, Mill Valley , CA., headed by the brilliant Julia Ross, author of The Diet Cure )

Re: lipo 6 fat burners
Well I started off my exercise plan a little too hard and did my hip but kept taking the pills anyway !!
Take 2..... Today is the first day of my healthy eating + 3 pills + 30 mins Mon-Fri Cardio ...... lets see how we go this week. Weighing in at 86.4kg - will update my progress on Friday.
Note: Prior to the pills I was waking at 6am, working all day and then desperately needing sleep by 9pm. With the pills I wake at 5.30am, pop the pills, Im pumped up and exercise till 6am, go to work, come home and look for some sleep at about 10.30pm. I feel really energized which is what I needed to get my butt moving. It also curbs the appetite and sugar cravings which is a huge help.

Re: lipo 6 fat burners
Hi,
I just started Lipo 6 today, and took 2 pills. It made my head feel a little funny, but I thought it was becasue I'm not a coffee drinker so I'm not used to all the caffeine. Either way, I'm 5'9 and 165 lb, I want to be 150 by March and avoid putting on my usual 10 pounds of winter weight. I'll keep you posted...
I'm planning on taking one more pill before I go swimming this evening, I swim a kilometer 4x per week and walk every day for 20 minutes. Since I am a cook, it's hard to eat steady meals but they are always well balanced.

Does anyone else get a weird, swimming feeling in their head taking these?

Re: lipo 6 fat burners
Hey i started working out about 6 weeks ago and i only lost 2 lbs naturally. I've started taking Lipo 6 for 3 days now I've lost 2 pounds! wow! And im not at the full dosage yet either. Pretty soon i will be able to fit in my favorite jeans again. I weighed 136 pounds after i quit smoking (5'6 tall), i gained a good 10 lbs. So hopefully i will take the rest off so i don't have to buy all new clothes.
Another thing i noticed is that Lipo 6 doesn't make me jittery like Stacker 2 did. I used HydroxyCut when it first came out years ago.. It works good too! Though i would recomend the caffiene free one because it made my breast tendor/sore to the touch.

Re: lipo 6 fat burners
Ok! Real Quick. I've been reading through the posts about people wanting to lose so much weight..
Let me just ask you guys to checked out your ideal weight range so that noone is trying to go lighter than they should.
If you do a google search for Ideal weight and BMI you can calculate your ideal weight range and medical recomendation weight range.
My Husband weighs 230 lbs and he says that there is no way that he could weight under 200 but when you do a search on ideal weight his weight range is 170-205. Anyone shorter than 6'4 should shoot for less than 200 if they weigh more than 200.
Males are not considered over weight if they have a waist measuring less than 35 inches. Females i think is 33 inches.

Re: lipo 6 fat burners
Hello all. I'm a 33 yr old man currently 234 - 240 lbs.

I actually began using Lipo-6 and Vitrix in August of 2005 at the weight of 240lbs. I modified my eating habits removing most of the junk foods that I would normally eat, drank tons of water, and worked out daily with a minium of 20 minutes or 2 miles cardio (treadmill)and 20 - 30 minutes of free weights. By the end of October 2005 I was down to 212lbs with noticeable muscle mass and weight loss.

The dosage that I used was 1-2 lipo 6 in the morning and 2 at lunch time, as well as 6 vitrix (Days that I was focusing on free weights)and 2 multi-vitamins in the mornings prior to my workout. I was on and off with the protien shakes (like pills better than liquids).

I was quite satisfied with my experience with the Lipo - 6 as far as the weight loss and energy during my workouts. The only negative things that I can point out are that they affected my ability to get to sleep some nights, and when I did sleep, it was not restful most of the time. I also noticed highs and lows sometimes with my mood (most likely the caffine). I found that I was more easily agitated at times. I don't recall any of the severy side effects that some of the postings show.

Personal circumstances caused me to stop my daily work out routine, and I stopped the suppliments since I wasn't working out. As of July 2006 I was back up to 234lbs. (that goes to show that doing nothing at all is the quickest way to gain the weight back).

About 2 weeks ago, at 234 - 240lbs I got back to my modified diet and morning workouts. I just started back on the Lipo-6 as of Monday of this week (Plan to only use it temporarily) taking 1 in the morning before my work out and one before my lunch. I've decided start with the lower dosage and more intense workouts to try to offset the effects on my rest (sleep). I will most likely boost my dosage in the coming weeks but I only plan to use it for 60 days. Thereafter I will stick to the multi-vitamines and pure will power. Things are so far so good, I'll keep you all up on my progress.

Re: lipo 6 fat burners
Hey that is totally great! I read on another site that someone had broken their leg and started taking Lipo 6 while they were inactive for months. to their suprise they didn't gain a pound! It sounds like Lipo 6 also works good for maintaining weight while being inactive.
i've been on them a week, and i havn't lost pounds but i have loss body fat, you know the jiggly love handles and probably gain alittle muscle mass in its place.
I've also heard that its takes about a week for Lipo 6 to kick into full gear, for those who havnt had initial/fast results. It took me about a week to get to the full dosage.
Also, not sleeping the best for three days, i took one tylenol PM and i slept like a baby! like 10 hours of sleep. it was awesome. I hadn't slept that good in months.. dont worry tylenol PM is non-habit forming and i'd only use it if i had sore muscles and needed a good nights rest to recuperate.
I try to work out 4-5 days a week. Like 2-ish cardio and 2-ish muscles training. i weigh 135-140 lbs and i want to lose at least 10 lbs. thats what i gained when i quit smoking 6 weeks ago.

Yeah I was laid up for eight weeks while training for a marathon. WSo I started taking LIPO-6. With no training and 0 exercise I sailed through six weeks of down time with a WEIGT LOSS of 15 pounds. I was unable to do any running at all. I did no running whatso ever.
The only training I did was LIPO-6 ! Then I did a 3 week taper. At the marathon I did a PR. Thanks to LIPO-6!
Now I've stopped all running altogether I just take LIPO-6!
