Missed week of training

Hello everyone!

I have been training to run a half marathon next weekend but I have missed all of this weeks runs. The last run I went on was a 12 miler last Sunday so the runs I have missed have pretty much been maintenance runs. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions about how to make up my missed runs or what milage to run so that I stay in half marathon shape.
Any advice would be helpful. Thanks guys!

Pull up the Half Marathon training schedule on this website. and do the last week matching up to race day. I am using the schedule for the full marathon now and used the half marathon schedule for a race 2 weeks ago and was successful. Good Luck!

Re: Missed week of training
Would help if we knew more about your fitness level and running experience (is this your first or 50th HM?) but in general, missing a week of training isn't goint to hurt much. The lost training may be partially offset by the extra rest and fresher legs come race day. Do whatever runs you have scheduled for this weekend. On Monday if you feel you need to add a mile or two to what you originally planned, that's fine but after that, just follow whatever your original plan recommended.
