lol.

My favorite is advice vs. advise. I tend to get a little flaky myself when the two are interchanged.

FWIW, Men's Health is always touting the importance of doing intervals in order to lose fat, that jogging long miles just doesn't get the metabolism revved like short bursts....like I said, fwiw, it's from a popular magazine......

We're finally getting some intelligent life forms on here!

I'm not familiar with HIIT itself. I've tried telling people that shorter faster running is better for weight loss....or lets say for here fat loss. It's obvious...it ups your metabolism. Then your metabolism all day long burns more calories. If you don't want to believe both of us. Just go ask someone like Jack Daniels or Greg McMillan. They're not dummies.

We're not all Jackie Joyner. We all can't spend all day long on a soft wood chip track running everyday to lose weight. We have lives to live. There was more training to her long track days than simply losing weight.

The problem is so many can't think for themselves. They can't acknowledge good thinking when they see it.
