Re: POLL: IPods, do you listen to them?
Don't have an Ipod or MP3 player, so I don't use anything at anytime when I am running.

Re: POLL: IPods, do you listen to them?
Yes I use an iPod, but never when I'm running. Most of my running is done on the roads and I need all of my senses unobstructed to stay safe.

Re: POLL: IPods, do you listen to them?
Yes, mainly on the indoor track or when I run on the sidewalks in my neighborhood.

No, when I go out into the country where I am on the edge of the road.

Yeah, I know, the rule was only "yes" or "no", but I don't think the rules really apply to me.

Yes to the question it allows me to get lost in the run. I run on a treadmill but maybe will be a no when i get outside. i

Mugulian - why once but never again?

I used one on my first race and it was ok. Just did my first 10K, since my computer broke I had to run without it. Found it worked better, and I ran faster. My goal was 1 hour 5 minutes and i finished in 52:37. Don't know if it was the lack of ipod, but I will keep running without it.
