Turn Off E-mail Notifications


Since a few people mentioned it, to disable automatic e-mail notifications for each thread you start or post in, do the following:

Click "My Active" (at top right of page but below headings)

Click "Edit Preferences" (in menu on left)

In the "Your Preferences" page that comes up, under "Email Notifications Preferences" (scroll down the page) set the first two options to "No".

I keep turning off the e-mail notification. But, every time I log back in (every friggin' time...) I start getting notificatiaon again...........

"OK... I think i found something that may help. Go to "My Active" above right.... then look on the left, under Email Notifications you'll see "Email Preferences" or something like that. (If I go back now, I'll probably have to log in again!). You can turn all that off right there. I think."


Funny, because if you read what I wrote, you'd discover that I could have possibly saved you some time in your own discoveries.
