Races on Cape Cod This Weekend?

Hello All,
I am looking for an organized run, or race this weekend on Cape Cod. Preferably in the Dennis, Yarmouth, Hyannis area? I am going to be there this weekend and I need to continue my marathon training. Thanks

Hey thanks for your help, do you know of any longer runs, 10-13 miles?

As far as I know, that race is the only one on the Cape this coming weekend. The only other races that are coming up over the next couple weekends are the Martha's Vineyard Half on the 4th and Run to the Rock half in Plymouth on the 10th. Most of the races are posted here in the races/results search section. Pretty much 99% of the Cape Cod races can be found on the Cape Cod Athletic Club website. Just do what I do...5k warmup, 5k race, 5k cooldown and yer all set ! :-)

sorry I don't mean to be a pest, but you seem to have some good advice. The 5k warm up, 5k race, and 5k cool down is a good idea. The only problem is that I am not from the area. Do you know where (near the race) that I could run for the warm up and cool down?

I'm not sure of the area but I usually do the course as a warmup. That way you already know the turns, hills, etc. Then after the race I just do the course a 3rd time easy for a cooldown. It really isn't as boring as it seems. If you run around 8 minute pace for 13+ miles you are welcome to join me in a jaunt from Falmouth to Monument Beach ! Also if you find out where the race is you can use sueandpaul.com/gmapPedometer to map out a course. I love this tool.
